Very positive and successful working experience with Evolution. They were consistently available. We had good effective communication lines between HG and Evolution. We were kept closely informed on all phases of the project. Understood our detailing and the level of craftsmanship required. They were flexible with their approach, able to interact and allow for changes as the project progressed. When unexpected problems did arise, they were quickly and professionally dealt with. Responsive to the needs and concerns of the homeowner. Completing the project on a tight deadline.

Evolution stood out from other builders because they were prepared to work with us through multiple iterations of design and plans, starting out with drafted plans for an extension which then morphed into a new build. They were very flexible and provided us with some really great ideas on how designs could be improved to suit how we wanted to live as new retirees.
