After overseeing the meticulous demolition of half of the original duplex with no impact to the neighbouring home, it was then all systems go. Now in the retirement stage of life, the clients had always dreamt of a home purpose built specifically for them and their lifestyle. The connection with the magnificent mature trees and maximising natural light were also crucial design elements. The result is a uniquely timeless, modern home with well thought out use of space and functionality offering the clients a relaxed lifestyle with plenty of room for entertaining. The painted brick and elegant external cladding flows seamlessly from the outside in.
