The owners of this much loved beachfront home had dreams of maximising the stunning ocean views that were just waiting to be revealed with the addition of a second storey. Evolution were invited to make this dream a reality by creating a brand new space that would become a private retreat tailored to the owner’s specific lifestyle.
The timber framed addition included a spacious master bedroom with a walk in robe and modern ensuite. A separate living space with a kitchenette and private balcony boasting 180 degree views along the beautiful coastline completed the space perfectly. Due to the proximity to the coast, all materials selected were required to be of coastal grade. Careful planning and management of the project resulted in minimal impact to the owners while works were being undertaken above them.
