Subiaco

The idea of moving was but a flitting thought in the minds of the owners of this character filled Subiaco home.

Originally built in 1922 and with the last renovation taking place some 30 years ago meant the home was again in need of modernising. Preserving the original style of the home was an absolute must as the owners started to work on their plans for the renovation.

The kitchen was completely remodeled to suit a more contemporary lifestyle including new solid timber floors, central island bench, new cabinetry, stone benchtops, appliances and tapware. The bathroom upgrade included a frameless shower screen, new basins and gold tapware adding a classic touch of luxury. The result – a seamless union of old and new while providing the owners a modern, open plan flow between the kitchen, dining and living spaces.
